Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and cannot make with MotionControlAI

The short version

Only upload photos and videos you have the right to use, of people who agreed to it. Do not use the videos to deceive, harass or sexualise anyone.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use MotionControlAI.

You may

  • Animate photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to it.
  • Animate photos of your child, if you are their parent or guardian.
  • Animate pets, drawings and characters you own or have the right to use.
  • Use motion videos you filmed, or that you have permission to use.
  • Post your videos on social media. Label them as AI-generated where the platform asks for it.

You may not

  • Upload photos of people without their consent, including public figures, celebrities and athletes.
  • Make sexual, nude or suggestive content of anyone, and any content involving minors in that way.
  • Make content meant to harass, bully, threaten or humiliate a real person.
  • Present a video as real footage to mislead people, including for scams, fake endorsements, political deception or impersonation.
  • Use the videos in ads or endorsements that suggest a real person supports a product, without their written permission.
  • Upload content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
  • Try to get around the photo check, rate limits or credit system, or resell access to the service.

How we enforce it

Every photo goes through an automatic safety check before a video starts. Photos of public figures and sexual content are refused, and the credits are returned. When we learn that an account broke this policy, we may delete the videos, remove credits and close the account without a refund.
