About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MotionControlAI ("we", "us"), the operator of motioncontrolai.info. By creating an account, buying credits or using the site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

MotionControlAI is an online tool that makes short AI videos. You upload a photo of a character and a motion video, and the tool animates the character to copy the moves, using Kling Motion Control models. Finished videos are delivered in your browser, usually within a few minutes, and are kept in your account until you delete them.

MotionControlAI is an independent service. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Kling AI or Kuaishou Technology.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and buy credits. You must give accurate information when you sign up, keep your login safe, and you are responsible for everything done with your account.

Credits, prices and payment

• Videos are paid for with credits. The number of credits a video costs depends on the model and the length of the video, and is shown before you start it.
• New accounts get free sign-up credits once. Free credits have no cash value.
• You can buy credit packs on the Pricing page. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and include any fees we charge. Your bank may add currency conversion fees.
• Packs are one-time payments, not subscriptions. You are never charged again unless you buy another pack, so there is nothing to cancel.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Purchased credits are added to your account as soon as the payment succeeds and do not expire while your account is open.
• Credits cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, except as described in the Refund Policy.

Refunds

If a video fails or is blocked, its credits are returned automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded in full within 24 hours of purchase. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and videos you upload ("Inputs") and to the videos you make ("Outputs"). You give us a limited license to store, process and show your Inputs and Outputs only to run the service for you, for example to send them to the video model and to show the result in your account. We do not publish your videos or use them in our marketing without your permission.

By uploading an Input you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that every recognisable person in it agreed to be animated (or that you are the parent or guardian of a child shown in it). You are responsible for your Inputs and for how you use your Outputs.

Outputs made with purchased credits may be used commercially, as long as the use follows these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Outputs made only with free credits are for personal, non-commercial use.

AI results

Outputs are made by an AI model. They look like the person in the photo but are not a perfect copy, and the same inputs can give different results. Do not present an Output as real footage of a real event.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no content of people without their consent, no sexual content, nothing involving minors in a harmful way, no harassment, no impersonation or deception, and no infringement of other people's rights. We check every photo before a video starts and may refuse any request.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account, and remove its videos and credits, if it breaks these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect other users. Where the breach is not serious we will tell you first. You can delete your account at any time in your settings.

Our intellectual property

The site, its design, code and brand belong to us. These Terms do not give you any rights to them other than to use the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, or that every video will turn out the way you hoped.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where we can, tell you by email before the change takes effect. Using the service after the change means you accept the new Terms.
