How to report content that infringes your copyright or likeness

Our approach

MotionControlAI makes videos from a photo and a motion video that the user uploads. We do not host a public library of trend videos or songs. Uploaded files are deleted from our storage as soon as a video starts, and finished videos are private to the user who made them.

If you believe content made or shown on this site infringes your copyright, or uses your likeness without your consent, tell us and we will act on it.

How to send a notice

Email support@motioncontrolai.info with the subject "DMCA notice" and include:

  1. Your name and contact details (address, phone number and email).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work, or of your likeness, that you say is being used.
  3. The URL or other details we need to find the content on this site.
  4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review notices within 3 business days. When a notice is valid we remove or disable the content and tell the account holder. Accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others are closed.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, or that you have the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the content that was removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake.

"Kling" is a trademark of its owner and is used on this site only to name the model the tool runs on. MotionControlAI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Kling AI or Kuaishou Technology.
