What data MotionControlAI collects, why, who we share it with and your rights
Who we are
MotionControlAI ("we", "us") runs motioncontrolai.info and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@motioncontrolai.info.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, name and profile picture (if you sign in with Google), and a hashed password if you sign up with email.
- Photos and motion videos you upload: these may show people's faces and bodies. We use them only to make the video you asked for.
- Videos you make: the finished videos, and the settings you used.
- Purchase data: which credit pack you bought, the amount, the date and the payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and are never stored by us.
- Credit history: credits added, used and refunded.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and basic logs we need to keep the site secure and working.
Before a video starts, an AI model looks at each photo to block sexual content and well-known public figures. This check does not identify who is in the photo, and we do not create or keep face templates or other biometric identifiers.
How we use it
- To run the service: sign you in, make your videos, keep your credit balance and show your history.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To check uploads for safety before a video starts, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To reply to your messages and send emails you need, such as sign-in links and receipts.
- To fix problems and improve the site, using aggregated usage data.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers that run parts of the service for us, and only what they need:
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage, email sending, and the automatic photo safety check.
- Higgsfield: runs the Kling Motion Control model that makes your video. It receives your photo and motion video for each job.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Google: sign-in, if you choose "Continue with Google".
We may also share data when the law requires it, or to protect our users and the service.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos and motion videos are deleted from our storage as soon as your video starts.
- Finished videos stay in your account until you delete them or delete your account.
- Account data and credit history are kept while your account is open, and deleted within 30 days after you delete your account.
- Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. You can delete your videos and your account yourself in your settings, or email support@motioncontrolai.info. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS, files are kept in private storage, and finished videos are visible only to the account that made them.
Cookies
See our Cookie Policy.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email about material changes.
