Kling Motion Control prompt: when and how to write one
The short answer
You do not need a prompt: the moves come from the motion video and the character comes from the photo. An optional prompt changes what the video does not decide, such as the background, lighting or camera movement. Keep it to one or two short sentences.
What a prompt can and cannot change
| Can change | Cannot change |
|---|---|
| Background and setting | The moves (they come from the video) |
| Lighting and time of day | The character's face and body (from the photo) |
| Camera movement, in Match photo mode | Video length (same as the motion video) |
How to write it
- Describe the scene, not the dance.
- One setting, one light, one camera move at most.
- Leave out names of real people and brands.
- Avoid asking for extra people; Motion Control follows one person.
